Ben has been an integral member of Ground Studio since 2010 and has contributed to a wide range of award-winning projects as one of the firm’s five Partners. His passion for design has been shaped by his background in fine arts and sculpture, imbued by a deep value for the essential relationship of form to the experience of landscape. Ben’s work is marked by a sensitivity to materiality with an instinct for bringing site and detail together as a whole. Informed by a poetic and restrained design ethos, Ben is a licensed Landscape Architect and holds an MLA degree from Texas A&M University, as well as a BFA in Sculpture from the University of North Texas.
